Production systems and local-first tools. Each one is written up as a case study: what the problem was, how it was architected, what it cost to get right.

01 2026 Personal project

AIWalls

An independent AI image lab: eighteen local experiments on open-weight models that fit a 16 GB GPU, each published with its prompt, sampler, seed, 4K crop and bench notes.

A personal finance tracker with an AI assistant that writes to the ledger — and a security model built on the assumption that the model is never to be trusted.

RGB Studio

A per-LED lighting app for PC fans, RAM and strips, built to skip the extra hub and the subscription. A tiny Rust service keeps the lights running; a desktop app shapes them.
